Refund Eligibility

A refund for a single evaluation may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If our platform fails to generate an evaluation report due to a technical error on our end after a successful payment.
• Inaccurate Evaluation: If you believe the evaluation provided is grossly inaccurate or fails to address the core aspects of the uploaded answer sheet. Such cases will be reviewed internally, and a refund will be at the sole discretion of Acme IAS.

Non-Refundable Services

Fees for single evaluations are generally non-refundable once the evaluation report has been successfully generated and delivered. Except as expressly provided in this policy or required by applicable law, all purchases of evaluation credits or subscription plans are final. Unused credits or quota are not redeemable for cash.

Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, bank account, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Banswara, Rajasthan, India.
